In 2018, Bolger was featured in the post-apocalyptic science fiction drama The 100 as Miles Ezekial Shaw. 2021, he was cast in a side role in the comedy film Tom & Jerry. In 2022, he joined the cast of the Star Wars television series, The Book of Boba Fett as the recurring character Skad. He got a supporting role and portrayed Malik, in the 2022 epic drama The Woman King which also had Viola Davis.
