Nokuthula Thahane, professionally known as Natasha Thahane, is a South African actress, model, and media personality. She is known for her roles in the television series Blood & Water, Skeem Saam, The Queen, and It’s OK We’re Family. Recently joined an ETV soap Isono playing the role of Millicent.

Thahane was born on 25th September 1995 in Orlando East to parents Trevor Thamsanqa Tutu and Nomaswazi Mamakoko. She is the granddaughter of the famous archbishop Desmond Tutu.
She relocated to Cape Town where she schooled at Milnerton High School. She went on to study Accounting and graduated with a degree from the University of Witwatersrand. In 2018, she finished a one-year conservatory program in Acting for Film at the New York Film Academy in Manhattan.
Career
Thahane’s debut screen performance was in a 2013 Edgars commercial. A year later, she appeared in her first television series, an episode of the e.tv series eKasi: Our Stories titled “Drama King”. A year after that she went back for another episode, “uManqoba”. She made a guest appearance playing the role of Fundiswa in the first season of Saints and Sinners and appeared again as a recurring character in the second season.
Thahane had a breakthrough in her career through her role as Enhle Tango in the SABC1 soap opera Skeem Saam. She left to join the cast of the Mzansi Magic telenovela The Queen portraying Mogelang Maake. Thahane had a regular role in the series for the first two seasons and then a recurring role for the next two. She portrayed Leshae K in the SABC3 series It’s OK We’re Family. She played the character Katlego Jali in seasons 4 and 5 of Lockdown in 2019.
