Tlou Cleopas Moneyepqao popularly known as DJ Cleo is a South African DJ and music producer. The music producer is the founder and owner of Will of Steel Productions. DJ Cleo was born on the 24th of December 1979 in Vosloorus, South Africa. He is from Gauteng in South Africa. Only his father’s first name is known “Samuel” information about his mother and if he has siblings remains unknown.

DJ Cleo is a house producer known in South Africa for house and Kwaito hits like “Yile Gqom, Bhampa side to side, Aaaiiiyyy” and lots more. He is also well known as a dance music producer. DJ Cleo’s music career started as a producer of the Unrestricted Breakfast Show. The show was hosted by DJ Fresh on YFM. Later on, he moved on to and founded his own recording label ” Will of Steel Productions”. His first recorded music was titled Pitch Black Afro.

DJ stated in an interview that he is presently engaged and will soon tie the knot. As stated above, he lives a simple life, he loves to keep his personal life private and so he has decided to keep his love life private. According to him, he stated that the world is mean and that’s why he had decided to live a private life.

“The world currently is so hard and it gets worse. JR (Rapper) was blessed recently with a child and it was heartbreaking to see how people turned around to make fun of him, instead of celebrating with him. I have to try to keep things private as well to not put people under pressure. You should not by anyway be studied or judged for just living life. At the end of the day, all you want is for those that love you to live a normal life” This was DJ Cleo statement in an interview.
