Lawrence Maleka was born on 11th April 1990, in Soweto, South Africa. He has always attributed most of his childhood experiences spent in the city. Maleka has two older siblings, a brother, and a sister. Lawrence is about 5 Feet 6 inches tall.
The award-winning actor and TV host gained major recognition in 2009 as the Gadget Show’s presenter on Soweto TV. In 2015, Maleka replaced Fezile Makhanya as the host of the Lotto Powerball lottery game and also replaced Bonang Matheba as the host of ‘Clash of the Choirs South Africa.’
