Akah Nnani was born on 31st January (year unknown) in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He hails from Imo State. The actor has siblings who were raised alongside him. His father works with the Nigerian Immigration Service and his mother is an entrepreneur.
He studied at Pampers Private School, in Surulere, for his basic education, and his secondary education, he attended Topgrade Secondary School, also in Surulere, Lagos State. He graduated with honors from Covenant University and obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication.
Career
He started his YouTube channel in 2014 called “Akah Bants”, and in 2015 he got the lead role in the Ndani TV web series One Chance. Before that he worked as a co-host of “Entertainment Splash” a program on Television Continental (TVC) which he resigned from when he got the role on One Chance. A year later Nnani was in the cast of “On the Real ” an EbonyLife television series. He worked alongside veteran actors Olu Jacobs and his wife Joke Silva in the cast of Heartbeat The Musical, a 19-day stage-play, written by Tosin Otudeko, and Debo Oluwatuminu. He has since then worked on different TV series and movie productions.
