Growing Up.
Sharon was born on the 6th of April 1991 in Kaduna state but she grew up in Jos, Plateau State both states in the Northern part of Nigeria, hence why she always described herself as a Northern girl. However, Sharon is from the Idoma tribe of Benue State, in the North Central of Nigeria. Sharon was born in a family of six, she described her childhood as a fantastic one and how she was raised in a loving family. Sharon and her sisters shared a close bond from childhood to adulthood.
Education.
Sharon had her primary and secondary education in Jos, Plateau State respectively, for her primary education she attended Kings and Queens school, and for her secondary school, she went to Regina Pacis Secondary School, Garki II, Abuja, and St Louis Girls’ College Jos where she obtained her high school diploma. Sharon went further after the successful completion of her primary and secondary education to study Mass Communication at Houdegbe North American University, Porto-Novo, the Republic of Benin, where she graduated with honors.
How Sharon’s Career Started
Sharon relocated to Lagos from Jos in search of greener pastures in 2013 not long after she arrived in Lagos she landed an acting role by accident. According to her, she went for a photoshoot in a studio close to where Nadani TV shoots the TV’s “behind the scenes”, she was called for an interview and got a small role in the TV show “Gidi Up”. Sharon has evolved into a dynamic actress, she once said the actress she was at the beginning of her career is different from the actress she is now. For Sharon acting was not the career she planned for but it happened and she has loved and embraced the career. She got her major role later in the movie “Skinny Girl in Transit” where she played Shalewa. This movie brought Sharon into the spotlight.
