Growing Up.
Gbenro was born on December 8th, 1985 in Maiduguri, Borno State Nigeria. His parents are Engineer and Mrs. Ajibade, Gbenro was one of their five children. In 2014 Gbenro lost his elder brother Jude Ige Ajibade to kidney disease, not much is known about his other siblings just that he is very close to them all.
Education.
Gbenro went to Makurdi International School, for his high school education he went to Saint Gabriel’s Secondary School, both of which are in Benue State. After he has attained his high school diploma he went to Benue State University, like most Nigerian kids growing up his dream was to be a medical doctor but life happened and instead, he got his bachelor’s degree in Biology.

Gbenro has a passion for modeling, he has the face and the body to pull it off so in 2005 he started pursuing this dream of his shortly after his graduation from university. His tenacity made way for him and he soon became a supermodel that graced top magazines and the best of the Nigerian fashion shows. He has also been featured in many TV commercials.
