Michaela McManus was born on the 20th of May 1983 in Warwick, Rhode Island to parents James and Patricia McManus. She is of Scottish descent.
McManus attended Fordham University and thereafter studied at NYU for a graduate acting program before going after an acting career in Los Angeles.
