Oluwafemisola Jacobs popularly known as Femi Jacobs is a Nigerian gospel singer, motivational speaker, and renowned actor. Femi was popularly known for the role he played Makinde Esho in the movie “The Meeting”. The popular movie also featured Nollywood stars like Rita Dominic and veteran actor Jide Kosoko.
Femi Jacobs is from Osun State, Nigeria. He was born in Ile Ife in Osun State, Nigeria. His birth year remains unknown, however, he was born on the 8th of May. He was born into a polygamous home. Femi has six siblings from his mother, four elderly ones, and two younger ones. He was about 8 years old when he left home to go stay with his uncle and family.

Femi had his primary education at Osogbo, Osun State. His secondary education was at Fakunle Comprehensive High School, also located in Osun State, Nigeria. He went further to the University of Lagos where he obtained a degree in Mass Communication. Femi still went further again to study Marketing Management at the Lagos Business School. Also, Femi trained as a Pilot in South Africa, although he doesn’t have a commercial pilot license.

As stated above, Femi left home at an early age, this made him start working so early to earn a living. His career path is well described in his book titled “Rise”
The actor moved to Lagos State in 1995 to search for work. He got a job in Ketu at a church as an office assistant. The church pianist relocated to the UK and it was then he discovered his musical talent. The church pastor told him that there were no funds to hire a pianist. Femi accepted the offer to be the church pianist, he took advantage of the opportunity and learned how to play the piano. He was the church pianist and was later hired as a music director.
His acting career also started while he was in church. Femi was called by a church group to take part in their faith-based productions. He developed a passion for acting and producers noticed his acting talents.
His first major role in acting was in the film titled “The Meeting” he played the role of Makinde Esho. They were top actors and actresses that acted alongside him such as the veteran Jide Kosoko and Rita Dominic. Femi was nominated at the 9th Africa Movie Awards for the Best Actor in a Leading Role as Makinde.
Femi is a brilliant, skillful, and creative Nollywood actor, he can fit perfectly well into any character assigned to him. He has starred in various films and TV shows.
Femi is not only a singer and an actor, he is also a producer. Femi was the associate producer for the movie ” La Femme Anjola” which he also starred in.

Femi Jacobs’s Marriage/Relationship
As of writing this post, the talented actor is not married and is currently not in a relationship. He stated in an interview that he is not ready for marriage, he said he wants to be at a particular level of settlement before he goes into marriage. He also reported that all his siblings are married and he is in no hurry to start a family.
